Diagnostics
On-site or bench diagnostics isolate the root cause of the cnc repair — not just the symptom.
Repair Estimate
You receive a clear, no-obligation estimate before any chargeable work begins.
Component-Level Repair
Experienced engineers repair to component level using quality-matched parts and controlled soldering.
Functional Testing
Every unit is powered up and tested per equipment requirements before sign-off.

Common Faults & Fixes
Fanuc 414/415 Serial Pulse Coder error
Cause: Loss of serial data from encoder — bad cable, dead encoder battery, or absolute reset needed
Fix: Test encoder cable, replace 3V absolute pack battery, and perform ABS reset via APC parameter.
Siemens 300500 / 300501 axis follower error
Cause: Poor mechanical alignment, drive gain too low, or ballscrew backlash
Fix: Realign axis, dial-in servo gain via MCU trace, and compensate backlash in MD.
Battery low on power-up but battery is new
Cause: Backup capacitor on control board dried out, blown fuse on 3V line
Fix: Replace SMD capacitor, verify 3V rail on scope, and check protective fuse F1.
PMC alarm 001-999 after firmware reload
Cause: PLC ladder mismatch with hardware config, or IO_LINK card version mismatch
Fix: Reload matching PMC ladder, upgrade I/O card firmware, and validate against original commissioning report.
